1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws.
2. Scope of Services
Le Tenseur provides engineering and consulting services focused on Artificial Intelligence. This includes, but is not limited to, the development, deployment, and maintenance of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, Large Language Model (LLM) deployments, and internal copilot systems. The specific scope of any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Clients retain full ownership of all inputs they provide to our systems, as well as the specific outputs generated by their custom AI deployments. Le Tenseur retains ownership over the underlying methodologies, generic templates, and proprietary frameworks used to deliver our services, unless explicitly transferred in a separate agreement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to hold in strict confidence any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by the other party. We utilize strict access controls and Azure-native isolation to ensure your proprietary business data remains secure during pipeline development and deployment.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Le Tenseur or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Le Tenseur's website or the systems we deploy, even if Le Tenseur or a Le Tenseur authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
6. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Le Tenseur's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Le Tenseur does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Le Tenseur may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
